Darstellungsproblem: FF -> IE6

Hallo zusammen,

momentan läßt sich meine eine Seite nicht mehr korrekt im IE darstellen. Ich mein das dies früher ging. An nem Plugin liegt es nicht, selbst nach deaktivierung aller war der Fehler noch da. Muß also warum auch immer nen Code Fehler sein. Hier mal meine CSS Datei, hat jemand ne Idee?

Vielleicht lässt sich das Darstellungsproblem durch das abarbeiten der Fehler beheben.

Die Fehler hab ich mal geprüft, hab nen teil auskommentiert etc ... hab zwar seite 1 net sauber bekommen auf die schnelle, aber seite zwei:

war zumindest eben absolut sauber, problem bestand dann aber auch auf seite zwei trotzdem weiter!

Mal eine ganz blöde Frage. Welchen Fehler im IE meinst Du den genau? Ich kann auf den ersten Blick keine großen Unterschiede zwischen der Darstellung in Opera, IE und Firefox erkennen.

Im IE6 ist die Sidebar unter den Content gerutscht. Im IE7 ist die Sidebar rechts leicht abgeschnitten.

Nya - ich hoffe eher dass alle bald aktualisieren. *g*
Quatsch - ist ne super Idee. Wie realisier ich das am besten nur...? Naja - eh zu spät da ich meine Seite universell angepasst habe...

Der Darstellungsproblem kommt mir aber sehr bekannt vor - vielleicht hilft dir der Lösungsansatz den ich damals bekommen hatte weiter?

Irgendwie ist es doch kein CSS Fehler.....

auf buechermeinung.de » wird das selbe theme benutzt, hab mal kurz für nen test den inhalt der andere css datei probiert, das formatierungsproblem bleibt bestehen ..... jetzt weiß ich nimmer weiter :(

Also die Sidebar wird bei mir auch in Opera, Firefox und Safari rechts abgeschnitten - vielleicht muss das ja so sein :D.

Aber du hast da: [Invalid] Markup Validation of http://www.xmsg.info/ - W3C Markup Validator immer noch ein paar Fehler, vielleicht liegt es wirklich an denen.

Das dürfte in deinem Footer sein. align wird mit einem L geschrieben und right so und in Anführungszeichen.

Ok, das mit der abgeschnittenen Sidebar war definitv mein Fehler .... hatte beim probieren den breiten wert von 240 auf 230 geändert, das passt nun wieder...

trotzdem is die sidebar immer noch unterm content im ie6 .... ich arbeite doch mal die validation komplett ab.

so, gesagt getan, jetzt is der code "valid" ... die startseite ist nun auch im IE6 wieder korrekt, geh ich auf seite 2 (welche auch valid ist) passt es wieder nicht.... was is denn das für ein mist? vorallem ich kann doch net nach jedem post erst mal den ie6 zusätzlich checken :/

Hab den Beitrag mal testweise raus genommen... hat geklappt. An dem Beitrag liegt es. Doch wie kann ich sowas zukünftig verhindern? Ich kann doch nicht nach jedem post den ie6 anschmeißen

Hab das Problem identifiziert durch die hilfe des orginal theme erstellers ... die kursiv setzung des textes ist das problem, nachdem ich das raus genommen hatte war alles ok.

da ich aber die kursiv stellung möchte hab ich mich an deinen ansatz gehalten und daher im quote css eine width zeile ergänzt:
