Flash video einbauen

Hallo,
möchte diesen Code gerne in nem Artikel Posten:
Das ist ein flash video.
Habe normal ein INLINE Plugin aber das eght wohl nur mit java.
Jemand eine idee??

hmm also sehr kompliziert das Plugin. Wie füg ich den Obrigen Code dem im Post ein?

schade das geht wol nicht :( Bekomme danach nichts angzeigt. Auch wenn ich das hinter dem link wegmache ;)
