Höhenbegrenzung (Scroll-Problem)

Hey,
ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Blog!

1. Ist es möglich, nur den neusten Beitrag auf der Hauptseite des Blogs anzuzeigen?
2. Und wenn ja, wie kann ich diesen Post mit einer Höhenbegrenzung festlegen? Also ich habe da an eine Scrollbar rechts neben dem Text gedacht! So dass daneben die Sidebar ist und diese im Endeffekt mit dem Beitrag gleichzeitig aufhört!

natürlich ist das möglich, wenn du in deinen wordpressoptionen einstellst, dass nur ein artikel gezeigt werden soll...
die scrollbar ist vergewaltigung... bedienungsunfreundlich und hässlich
mach deine sidebar kurz genug, lagere deren Inhalte horizontal aus... wenn du so ein layout willst

Hallo ich würde auch gern wissen wie man es hin bekommt das die post nur eine bestimmte höhe hat und man um den rest zu sehen scrollen muss!
Ich bin mir sicher das viele das nicht mögen aber eventuell gibt es ja jemand der trotzdem eine lösung für dieses problem hat!!!
