Die Kategorie-Basis kannst du unter /wp-admin/options-permalink.php einstellen, im Normalfall sollte da nichts drin stehen.
Kann es sein das nicht alle Wordpress-Dateien hochgeladen wurden? Das sieht mir schwer danach aus.

Hochgeladen wurde gar nichts. Ist etwas komplizierter. Der gesamte Server wurde umgezogen, mit allen Inhalten. Hatte meinen Webspace von nem Reseller, der sich jedoch nicht mehr gemeldet hatte. Ergo hat er die IP auch nicht umgestellt. Daher hab ich mich an den eigentlichen Hoster gewandt, der hat das komplette Paket auf sich übernommen.
