Schick mal einen Link zu Deine Problem-Seite. Dann kann man sich das mal angucken und Dir auch die richtige Stelle sagen.

Ich weiß gerade nicht was Du genau mit Linkfarbe meinst. Sehe auf Deiner Seite keine roten Links. Oder meinst Du den Hover-Effekt?

Unter Einstellungen -> Medien stimmt auch noch alles für die Mittlere Bildgröße?

Deaktiviere mal alle Plugins und teste ob es funktioniert. Wenn nicht, wechseln zusätzlich mal auf ein Standard-Theme und teste es.

Wie viel PHP-Memory-Limit hast Du?

Ich habe mir Deine Seite gerade mal angesehen. Leider bekommt der Div weder eine Class noch eine ID, womit man ihn per CSS ansprechen könnte. Das macht das Problem etwas größer. Dann bleibt Dir wirklich nur noch übrig das Problem direkt im Template zu lösen.

Hast Du irgendwas geändert? Evtl. Updates von Plugins gemacht? Updates vom Theme gemacht?

Deaktiviere mal alle Plugins und wechsel auf ein Standard-Theme und prüfe ob es dann funktioniert. Wenn ja, weißt Du wo Du suchen musst.

Wie viel php-memory-limit hast Du?

Klar ist das mit WordPress machbar. Aber wie Du schon selbst geschrieben hast ... nicht auf Anhieb mal eben.

1. News-Starseite ist ja quasi das Kernstück von WordPress
2. Kommentare sind ebenfalls ein Kernstück
3. Videos sind auch nicht das Problem (z.B. Youtube auch ohne Plugin)
4. Chatbox kenne ich keine, aber gibt es sicherlich
5. Als Forum ist z.B. Mingle Forum zu erwähnen ("Art of Pic" ist hier z.B. ein guter Ansprechpartner), oder auch bbpress
6. ein passendes WP-Theme kannst Du Dir selbst basteln, oder Du suchst Dir eins, oder lässt Dir eins bauen. Da gibt es viele Möglichkeiten

Ich hoffe ich konnte Dir helfen.

Das liegt an Deinem Theme und ist nicht WordPress standard.

Wenn man the_excerpt anstatt von the_content nutzt, wird ein read-more eingefügt, das ist soweit richtig.

Was ich nicht verstehe ist, Du willst das Aussehen Deiner Seiten ändern, aber nichts am Theme ändern? Dann wird das nichts. Mach Dir lokale Kopien von den Dateien die Du änderst. So kannst Du verschiedenen Dinge testen und wenn was schief geht, das Original per FTP wieder hochladen.

Alle Plugins deaktivieren, auf Standard-Theme wechseln und prüfen.

Ich gehe davon aus, dass es an einem von beiden liegt.

Dann wird es eine extra css für die mobile Ansicht geben, in der das auch geändert werden müsste.

Alles was [COLOR=#ff0000]rot [/COLOR]ist muss angepasst werden. Und über die class des divs kannst Du den per css stylen
