sitebar löschen und seiten widget nach oben

Hi! Ich habe mal ne Frage. Wie kann man die komplette sitebar löschen (sammt meta und was weiß ich alles, was da noch rumschwirrt). Das Menü soll nach oben in den header rein. Wie kriege ich das hin?
Ich verwende Wordpress 2.5.1. Ich habe das Theme "default"

Wenn du mit Widgets arbeitest, dann lösche die nicht benötigten Widgets.
Wenn du ohne Widgets arbeitest, dann geh in die sidebar.php und lösch da den nicht benötigten Code raus.

Die Sidebar bekommst du in den Header, indem du aus sämtlichen Templates (index.php, archive.php, page.php ...) den Aufruf rauslöschst:

und die Anweisung dann im Header an die gewünschte Stelle gibst. Dann musst du noch die CSS-Formatierungen anpassen.

Naja.. Die sitebar is weg (danke), aber ich kriege das menü jetzt iwie nicht in den header... Kann es einer besser beschreiben, denn ich habe (sogut wie) keinen Plan von php :D

Ja, aber welches Menü? Seiten, Kategorien, Archive, etc. :confused:
Horizontal, vertikal ... rechts, links, mitte :confused:

Du merkst, so einfach ist das nicht ... hellsehen können wir hier nicht (außer so manches Mal der marX :) )

Vielleicht etwas genauer. Sonst guck dir doch mal den Code in der sidebar.php (Backup haste sicherlich ;-) ) an und bau den mal in die header.php an die gewünschte Stelle.

Öhhm, woher wissen wir denn wie deine jetzige header.php aussieht? Das mach bitte erst mal alleine (sonst haste ja auch keinen Lerneffekt ;-) )

Mit dem TemplateTag wp_list_pages() ist die Auflistung der Seiten möglich: Template Tags/wp list pages ? WordDoku

Könnte dann an der gewünschten Stelle in der header.php so aussehen:

Musst du dann evtl. noch mit CSS aufhübschen :mrgreen:

Danke... Das mit dem Menü geht, aber ich kann die Links nicht mit CSS verbessern, ohne, dass gleich die ganze Seite davon betroffen ist... es soll ja nur bei dem header die Links mit meinem CSS gemacht werden.. Ich habs auch nur ebi header.php eingegeben. Naja vielleicht könnt ihr mir ja helfen.

Okay, also wp_list_pages() gibt ne HTML-Liste zurück, also ist <span> dort falsch. (<center> sowieso...) Da gehört ein <ul>-Element außenrum. Vorzugsweise mit ner Klasse/ID versehen, über die du die Liste per CSS ansprechen kannst. So wäre es vernünftig:
