Bitte um Hilfe beim aendern eines WP Theme

Hallo an alle da draussen,

Ich melde mich weil ich mich mit WordPress nicht so gut auskenne. Eigentlich habe ich keine Problem ausser bei einem Theme was ich fuer meinen neuen Blog verwenden moechte. Groesstenteils ist es nur so das die bisherige Leiste links auf dem Blog komplett weg soll und dafuer dann die linke von den beiden sidebars rechts den Platz einnehmen soll. Naja das waere es fuers erste. Sonst komme ich derzeit eigentlich sehr gut zu recht. Wuerde mich wirklich freuen wenn mir jemand da weiterhelfen koennte.

PS: Nicht wundern wegen den Umlauten. Hatte gerade keine Lust mein Tastaturlayout von Englisch auf Deutsch zu stellen :)

es kommt nicht von mir. jedenfalls habe ich das nicht eingegeben. wenn ich den beitrag editiere und das loeschen will stehst immer noch da oder mehr davon.

die frage war ob mir jemand ein kleinwenig bei meinem blog helfen kann.

also die linke Navi bekommst du einerseits wweg, wenn du der Klasse "alter_mini_sidebar" ein display:none zuweist per CSS:

Auch deine rechte Menuleiste kannst du mittels CSS korrigieren un nach links packen (durch position:absolute, etc gar kein Prblem)
Wenn du darin nicht so die Ahnung hast, dann musst du dich durch den HTML Code der index.php wülen und die Menus ausfindig machen und umpositionieren bzw. löschen.

Öffne die Datei mal index.php in deinem Webeditor. Die Linke Navi befindet sich in dem Div mit der Klasse .alter_mini_sidebar.
Die rechte Navi befindet sich im BEreich mit der ID #sidebars bzw. mit der Klasse .right_widget.

Also ich habs soweit geschafft. Jetzt haette ich nur das Problem das ich nicht weiss wie ich die groesse der SPalten bestimmen kann. Die linke sollte etwas Breiter sein und die mittlere so breit das die rechte Spalte an den Rand der Seite grenzt.

Weiss zufaellig jemand wieso bei mir nah dem aktivieren des PayPal DOnate Plugins die Optionsleiste dazu nicht im Admin Menue erscheint?

Hi, du gibst den Divs einfach eine größere Breite mit.
Deine Seite hat eine Breite von 950px.
Das menu links ist knapp 150px breit + Breite des Inhalts 450px + Breite der rechen Navi 160px = 760px.
Nun hast du noch knapp 200px die du an die 3 Spalten verteilen kannst. Einfach im CSS ändern bei den 3 Spalten (alter_mine_sidebar, right_widget und content)

Also mein Theme scheint wohl nen bischen anders aufgebaut zu sein als normal. Habe es versucht in der style.css datei zu aendern aber irgendwie nichts passiert. Ist doch die richtige Datei? Hier mal ein Link zu der Datei meines Themes:

Also ich habe jetzt den ganzen Tag probiert aber irgendwie haut es nicht hin. Ich habe zwar vorher schon zweifelhaft and meiner vorherigen Seite manchmal gesessen, die aus HTML und PHP bestand, aber solange wie hier hat es noch nie gebraucht. Vielleicht bin ich zu ungeschickt. Habe die Parameter geaendert aber das gleiche wie vorher. Ich wuerde mich echt freuen wenn sich jemand mal kurz die beiden Dateien ansehen kann und die Parameter so einfuegen koennte und sie mir dann fertig zurueckschickt. Das waere echt klasse weil ich es wohl nicht mehr alleine zustande kriegen werde. Nur das Theme alleine hat mir bisher Probleme bei WordPress bereitet. Mit dem anderen komme ich eigentlich sehr gut zurecht.

PS: Was mich an dem Forum aergert ist der Code der hier immer kommt. Ist das denn normal?
