Karma WP theme spuckt fehlermeldungen aus

Ich bin kein PHP Profi ich habe aber bei dem WP theme Karma fehlermeldungen und kann diese nicht lösen.

Fehler 1

ist aber auf:

$cache = file_get_contents($notifier_file_url);

zurückzufürhen.

Fehler 2

geht auf den Befehl zurück:

setcookie( 'wp-settings-' . $user->ID, $settings, time() + 31536000, SITECOOKIEPATH );
setcookie( 'wp-settings-time-' . $user->ID, time(), time() + 31536000, SITECOOKIEPATH );

kann mir jemand diesbezüglich helfen

Ich werd mich ma mit dem Hoster in Verbindung setzen.
Und zu Fehler zwei:
Wie kann man die PHP Datei mit Notepad++ als UTF8 o. BOM oder ANSI abspeichern?

Fehler 2 ist noch nicht behoben

Der zweite Fehler lässt sich nicht beheben. Die Datei functions.php hat vor und nach dem Anfangs,- bzw. Endtag keine anderen Zeichen oder Leerstellen.

Und functions.php unter ANSI abspeichern hat auch den Fehler nicht behoben.
