Background aber wo

Hallo,

kkann mir jemand sagen wo der obere hintergrund im header abgeblieben ist?

Er wir ja hier geladen:

Aber was ich komisch finde ist dieses hier:

okay das lag an der functions.php .

Nur da konnte man den Background nicht ausschalten.. :(
