Bin bei BuddyPress kurz vor dem Verzweifeln!!

Hallo Leutz und liebe Community!

Zunächst möchte ich mich ganz herzlich bedanken, das Ihr uns eine so schöne Plattform erarbeitet habt. Habe bis jetzt gewartet, um die stabile Version zu verwenden.

Zu meinem PROBLEM!

Installation und die Einrichtung von BuddyPress (VOMBO VERSION)hat soweit geklappt.
Wenn ich nun mich als User registrieren möchte, geht der Link Registrieren auf den Ordner members. Den gibt es natürlich nicht und deshalb kommt die Fehlerseite 404.

Selbst wenn ich als admin angemeldet bin, kann ich nicht einmal die Links nutzen. Ob Gruppen, Wire etc. immer erhalte ich die 404 seite. Denn es wird immer auf den ORDNER MEMBERS bzw. ADMIN verwiesen.

Was mache ich falsch bzw. was müßte ich ändern an den Dateien.

Bin für jeden Hinweis dankbar.
Natürlich habe ich schon den ganzen Tag herumprobiert und auch das Netz druchsucht. Ohne Erfolg.

Deshalb jetzt schon mal DANKE für Eure Hilfen.

Statt http://foo.bar/user.php?id=baz hätte ich gerne etwas wie http://foo.bar/user/baz

Habe beides ausprobiert. Geht irgendwie nicht.
Fehlt noch ein Eintrag in der .htaccess?

Übrigens, in meiner .htaccess steht schon drin:

AddType x-mapp-php5 .php
AddHandler x-mapp-php5 .php

Habe nämlich noch ein Login Formular.

Bitte helft mir. Es muß doch irgendwie gehen?!

Nun habe ich durch einen Hinweis von anderen Usern nochmal sehr tief ins Web geschaut und einfach ausprobiert. Und siehe da, es klappt jetzt.
Nur zur Info, ich nutze 1und1.

Die .htaccess ins Hauptverzeichnis Deiner Domain legen und mit folgenden Inhalt füllen
