Es ist mir jetzt gelungen in der single.php den Text einzufügen, der dafür sorgt, dass die benutzerdefinierten Felder angezeigt werden. Das klappt also. Nur würde ich gerne das Aussehen sowohl von Key als auch von Value bei der Ausgabe ändern (Farbe, Fett). Wie mache ich das?

Aber wo ändere ich das denn? Ich benutze Avenue Dialogue als Theme mit WP 2.7
