autor Photo und Pic - Avatar im Profil

Kann mir jemand helfen, ich möchte im autoren profil Fotos dazu anzeigen.
habe mit author ohoto und uaserpic & avatar probiert, kann dies aber nicht in der author.php anzeigen.
