Header nicht richtiger platz & kein menu

Hey,

It's me again with a new problem.
I've changed a free Wordpress theme a bit. In Firefox everyting is OK but in IE I have some problems.

When you go to my website (Dennis Driessen) in Firefox, you see the navigation item 'Over' in the navigationbar. But in IE it's far beneath that.
So I hope you can help me solve this problem.

The other problem I have is, I don't see a text link to the admin panel or log-in, register or what so ever.

And the next problem is the far too frequent use of padding + margin in #header and #logo and #menu e.t.c.
That you need to try.

Hmm.. I've removed the <H2> tag but it doesn't work. And if I replace that part of the CSS with the code you gave everything moves to the top.

EDIT:

Now I've removed the backgroundimage (headerimage) from the H1 tag in the CSS, and put it in the normal #logo, Now the position of over is right. But the header isn't.

There are still a few more problems. The template files contain Ascci characters. If you want, you can send me your theme. I will fix it. If maybe a few days.
