Fehlermeldung beim Upload von Datei

Hallo, habe folgende Fehlermeldung wenn ich ein Bild hochladen möchte. Kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen?

Noch ein kleiner Nachtrag.

Habe mal das Plugin "Newsletter Plugin (de)" von (Original Plugin by Brian Groce) deaktiviert.

Dann ging alles. Aber ich möchte natürlich das Plug wieder aktivieren :) Gibt es eventuell ein anderes gutes "Newsletter-Plugin"? Ansonsten habe ich hier mal die Zeilen der jeweiligen PHP-Datei abgebildet um die es geht. Vielleicht kann sich das mal ein PHPler anschauen :) ich bin leider kein besonnders guter :(
