Top Area fixen

Hallo,

ich möchte bei meinem WP Theme die Top area fixen. Die Top area ist die oberste Reihe mit meiner Telefonnummer und den Social Meida Icons.
In der CSS steht folgendes dazu:

Was muss ich einfügen, dass diese fix ist... wie die header area auch...

Muss hier die position "absolute" sein?

ist das möglich? Also sticky und transparent und nicht so flattrig wie bei http://www.truelovebybutz.de

Und mir fällt grad auf, dass der header nicht sticky ist auf einem kleinen display wenn das hamburger menue kommt.
was muss ich ändern, um es genauso zu haben?

oh my good... und dann gibt es noch 2 weitere css datein:
slicknav.css und mobile.css (siehe Zip)

Kann mir jemand helfen, es so anzupassen wie bei http://www.claudiapacilli.de

Schade dass ich hier alleine nicht weiter komme :-//
