Yoast SEO Plugin: Kompatibilitätsprobleme

auf der Website https://www.cojama.de/ erhalte ich eine Fehlermeldung, wenn ich sowohl das Yoast SEO-Plugin als auch die 2 Click Social Media Buttons zeitgleich aktivieren möchte.
