Plötzlich "Internal Server Error"

Ich habe 4 Webseiten. Alle laufen mit WordPress und liegen beim ach so beliebten Dienst von 1und1.
Jedoch, eine Webseite meldet seit gestern plötzlich beim aufrufen folgendes Problem:

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Ich hab weder an wordpress, noch am Surfer von 1und1 herum gespielt. Somit habe ich keine Ahnung warum das plötzlich so ist. Vorher lief die Seite wunderbar.

Laut Google Analytics waren gestern bis 12 Uhr Mittags auch noch Besucher auf meiner Seite.
Danach muss das Problem, wie auch immmer, entstanden sein.

Hat jemand ne Idee, wie ich die Seite wieder ins rollen bringe?

Ach und ein update habe ich vor ein paar wochen durchgeführt. Auf 4.1.1.

Ok, vielen Dank für die Hilfe. Jedoch habe ich es nun geschafft. Not macht erfinderisch!

Ich habe einfach die htaccessDatei von einer meiner funktionierenden Webseiten kopiert und in diese eingefügt.

Nur eine Frage bleibt. Wie ist es möglich, wenn niemand in Filezilla herum spielt (und das kann nur ich), dass die htaccess-Datei verändert wird?
