WordPress auf das Notebook installieren, wie geht das?

Hallo,

ich habe xampp auf mein Notebook installiert, kann es jedoch nicht starten da Aspech nicht starten kann!

Da dies nicht ging, habe ich jetzt Webmatrix 3 auf das Notebook installiert, und komme jetzt mit der Kennworteingabe von Wordpress nicht mehr weiter, auch hier stocken ich erneut!

Frage: gibt es noch ein anderes Programme, wo Wordpress auf dem Notebook läuft?

Wo ändert man den Port?

Bei MYSQL habe ich grün (xampp)

Jedoch komme ich hier nicht mehr weiter!
http://localhost:8080/phpmyadmin

Fehler: Verbindung fehlgeschlagen

Firefox kann keine Verbindung zu dem Server unter localhost:8080 aufbauen.
