Benutzer können nicht editiert werden

Hallihallo,

und zwar habe ich seit einiger Zeit das Problem, dass ich keine Benutzer mehr editieren kann.
Am besten sieht man dies auf dem Bild im Anhang.

Leider muss ich zuzugeben, dass ich das Problem schon mal hatte und es auch gelöst habe aber ich weiß nicht mehr wie

Geht es nur um die aktivierten oder generell installierte ?
