installation 3.3.2 login auf dashboard schlägt fehl

alles ordnungsgemäß in die config.php eingetragen
angemeldet
die Seite steht
aber ich kann mich nicht einloggen
d.h. die Einloggseite erscheint aber dann steht schon drüber:

Ich hab die ganze Prozedur jetzt schon drei mal durch in dem ich alles wieder vom Server gelöscht habe inklusive der Datenbank und alles noch mal von vorn begonnen habe.

das seltsame daran ist dass ich auf den gleichen Server ein Subdomain habe auf dem WP seit Jahren einwandfrei klappt.

was läuft hier schief?
