  • Shop-Mails kommen ohne Inhalt an

    Hallo!

    Folgendes Problem: der Programmierer der Webseite ist verschwunden, nun soll ich das richten, deshalb kenne ich mich mit WordPress nicht aus, bin aber mit anderen CMS Systemen sehr gut vertraut.

    Wenn im Shop ein Kunde was bestellt, dann kommt die mail, die an die Firma geht, ohne Inhalt an. Das sieht dann so aus:

Ich habe gesehen, dass die bestellungen auch in WordPress direkt eingesehen werden können, brauche aber auf jeden Fall die responde mails.[/FONT][/FONT][/SIZE][/FONT]
    Die WordPress version ist: v2.0.3
    Die Shop-Version habe ich nicht rausgefunden.
