in welchen Ordner kommt denn die .htaccess?

puh , sorry erstmal für die Verwirrung, ich meinte natürlich den LINK und nicht den titel...verdammt
also ich gehe folgendermaßen vor:
unter >>Permalinks geh ich auf Benutzerdefiniert und füge das hier ein:
http://www.savetheday.de/%category%/%postname%_%post_id%/
Dann erstell ich ne .htaccess Datei mit folgendem Inhalt:

Hallo liebe Gemeinde,
habe folgendes Anliegen..
ich würde gern in der Titelleiste statt der Beitragsnummer den Beitragstitel angezeigt haben. Hab auch schon in der WP-Doku geschaut, aber komme irgendwie nicht klar mit der Beschreibung...
Könnt ihr mir vll. erklären , wie ich das änder?

Undzwar werden Beiträge, die ich veröffentliche komplett FETT angezeigt, obwohl ich die natürlich überhaupt FETT geschrieben hab.
URL lautet savetheday.de - HC-Webzine for southern Germany. Unter News (Startseite) sieht man das so ab dem 5. Beitrag mit dem Titel. Das komische ist, das das nur in der Voransicht FETT angezeigt wird. Falls mir jmd. helfen kann wär das super.
