hallo danke für die info in welchem ordner finde ich denn die plugins?

also ich habe von SiteGuarding ein plugin installiert und komme seit dem nicht mehr in meine wordpress administration ich bekomme nach jedem login versuch eine mail wo drinne steht :Someone just tried to get access to your WordPress administrator panel with the correct administrator password, but with WRONG link password.

wer kann mir helfen ?
