Da sind auf jeden Fall schonmal 2 Leerzeichen zuviel:
<?php if ('open' == $post->_comment_status) : ?>
(das ist 2x drin)
Das verstecken der Felder für eingeloggte Benutzer kannst du dir beim Kubrick-Theme abschauen:
<?php if ( $user_ID ) : ?>

<?php printf(__('Logged in as %2$s.', 'kubrick'), get_option('siteurl') . '/wp-admin/profile.php', $user_identity); ?> <a href="<?php echo wp_logout_url(get_permalink()); ?>" title="<?php _e('Log out of this account', 'kubrick'); ?>"><?php _e('Log out »', 'kubrick'); ?>

<?php else : ?>

<input type="text" name="author" id="author" value="<?php echo $comment_author; ?>" size="22" tabindex="1" <?php if ($req) echo "aria-required='true'"; ?> />
<?php _e('Name', 'kubrick'); ?> <?php if ($req) _e("(required)", "kubrick"); ?>

<input type="text" name="email" id="email" value="<?php echo $comment_author_email; ?>" size="22" tabindex="2" <?php if ($req) echo "aria-required='true'"; ?> />
<?php _e('Mail (will not be published)', 'kubrick'); ?> <?php if ($req) _e("(required)", "kubrick"); ?>

<input type="text" name="url" id="url" value="<?php echo $comment_author_url; ?>" size="22" tabindex="3" />
<?php _e('Website', 'kubrick'); ?>

<?php endif; ?>
Alles anzeigen
Wobei ich persönlich statt auf $user_ID auf is_user_logged_in() prüfen würde - scheint mit sauberer zu sein.
