You should look further before making such statements. I've used some libraries and utilities but all my site's functionality was hand-coded by me. Please get your facts right.
Like I indicated before: I can't and won't stop you from releasing a free theme looking terribly similar to my website but I just think it's a lame thing to do.
Suit it yourself.

I'm going to say this in English. I can read German perfectly but I'm very bad at writing it.
My reaction to that sketch:
Don't you think it's much nicer to be more creative and design something that's uniquely yours? I mean sure, go ahead and steal my UI design and if you have to, my javascript code but even though this can't be considered a ripoff I still think it's very lame.
Personally I have always tried to be original. Both in my own sites as well as my freely available weblog templates such as 'Lush', 'Slick' and others. I suggest you try to do the same. It's a lot nicer. Using other people's ideas just isn't creative you know. It's not what web design is all about.
