  • BuddyPress auf bestehenden Blog

    Hallo :),
    also mit Wordpress kenne ich mich ziemlich gut aus, buddyPress ist für mich bisher Neuland.

    Ich möchte auf http://www.musicalzauber.com eine Community integrieren.

    Habe das Plugin installiert und aktiviert. Allerdings bin ich mir nicht sicher ob ich das Design von BuddyPress aktivieren soll. Zerschiesst mir das dann alles?

    Will buddyPress nutzen aber nicht mein bisherigen Design verlieren. Kann mann buddypress auf einer Unterseite, z.b Community nutzen?

    Wie würdet ihr vorgehen? Tipps? Vielen Dank! Wie sehen eure Communities aus?

  • Blog in 2 Sprachen ausgeben?

    Hallo,
    ich habe einen Blog auf arabisch. Dieser soll nun auch in Englisch dargestellt werden. Ich suche keine Lösung die mir meine Seiten und Artikel übersetzt sondern eine Möglichkeit das ich meine Übersetzungen selbst einpflegen kann.

    Habe bisher qtranslate versucht, aber dies ist leider nicht mit der aktuellen Wordpress Version kompatibel. Außerdem wird man ja extrem ans Plugin gebunden. Wenn man es nicht mehr braucht muss man ziemliche Zeit aufwenden um alles wieder in Ordnung zu bringen.

    Dann habe ich mir Multisite angeschaut....hier bin ich mir unsicher da sich ja die Permalinks ändern....dies will ich bei einem bestehenden Blog nicht riskieren.

    Was gibt es denn noch für ne Möglichkeit :(????? Wie macht ihr es???
