Lösung gefunden
Hallo!
hatte auch das Problem, dass der Button weg war und dann folgende Lösung von Alex Rabe auf englisch gefunden:
a) clear browser cache
b) disable the plugin, go to edit post (so that the tinymce will be rebuild) then activate the plugin again...
jetzt klappts endlich wieder
