Responsibilities:
- Operate and administer Eloqua for the business line to include email sends, executing marketing campaigns, implement landing pages, reporting, campaign analysis, develop forms and manage contact data and mailing lists
- Manage customer contact and profile data, maintaining the quality of contacts, de-duping, cleansing, creating segments, and coordinate interfaces with other systems
- Administer Cvent for event registration, Percolate for internal and external marketing workflow management, and SharePoint for internal collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing managers to create, measure, and optimize digital marketing programs
- Support other marketing strategies and conferences as needed
