Hi! Ich hatte das gleiche Problem bei zwei bei Strato gehosteten Seiten auf aktueller WordPress Version (5.1) -plötzlich und ohne ein Update von WP oder eines der Plugins gemacht zu haben:

Die Lösung ist, PHP Boost auszuschalten. Das findet man bei Strato unter Datenbanken und Webspace / PHP Version einstellen. Die (dann funktionierende) PHP Version ist bei mir momentan 7.2.
