1. General The WPDE forum is a platform for the exchange of information about WordPress and related topics.
The use is voluntary. The content published in the forum reflects the opinion of the respective authors only.
The operator assumes no responsibility for content created by users.

(1) Registration is required for active participation in the forum.
(2) Users are obliged to provide truthful information and to treat their access data confidentially.
(3) There is no entitlement to registration or permanent availability of the user account.

3. Rules of conduct (netiquette) To ensure a pleasant and constructive atmosphere, the following rules apply:
- Respectful interaction with each other is mandatory
- No insults, discrimination or personal attacks
- No excessive use of capital letters ("SHOUTING")
- No cross-postings (identical posts in several areas)

In the event of violations, we reserve the right to take measures such as processing, deletion or blocking.

4. Prohibited content The following content is prohibited in the forum:
- Illegal content of any kind
- Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
- Spam or promotional content without authorization
- Copyright infringement - Publication of personal data without consent
- Security-critical information (e.g., passwords)

Posts that violate these rules will be removed.

5. Advertising and Commercial Use Advertising, especially commercial content, is prohibited without the prior consent of the operator.

This applies in particular to:
- Username
- Avatar image
- Cover photo
- Signatures
- Posts with an advertising character
- Competitions or voucher campaigns

In the event of violations, we reserve the right to sanction up to and including account suspension.

6. Content and rights of use
(1) Users retain the rights to their content.
(2) By publishing, the user grants the operator a non-exclusive, temporally and spatially unlimited right of use, in particular for display and archiving within the platform.

7. Moderation and measures
The operator and the moderation team reserve the right to:
- Edit, move, or delete content
- Warn or block users
- Remove posts without giving reasons

There is no entitlement to the restoration of deleted content.

8. Availability
There is no entitlement to availability of the forum at all times.
Maintenance work or technical failures may occur.

9. Community Notes
This forum is not an official support of WordPress.
Answers are given voluntarily by other users.

10. Liability
